How to delete your child account?

As to GDPR requirements, you are able to delete your child account as well as all its resources and data from Websa. To begin deleting your child account you should open your child account profile from the account tree. To know how to open your child account profile please read the chapter

To proceed, click Delete account menu item on the Child Account settings page, as follows

After that, you will be requested to provide two confirmations to really delete your child account as well as all its users, resources and other data.

Pay attention!

All account users will be deleted and will not be able to sign in any longer.

All next-level child accounts will be also deleted if there are any.

All child account resources will be disconnected.

You will not be able to undo this operation!
