How to manage contacts of your users?

Personal contacts of users are an important part of user profile data since they are meant to reach those users as persons in cases of different needs. You can set up and see personal contacts of account users on the User profile page of some user under User Contacts section as follows

Before managing сontacts of your users, please be completely aware of what is an account and a user profile to understand the difference between, so please read this chapter

For any of user contacts you may define two values, its contact channel (Email, Skype, Viber etc.) and its contact label. Contact labels are as follows:

  • General:
 to reach this user as a person in general situations
  • Technical: to reach this user as a person for technical issues
  • Financial: to reach this user as a person for financial issues
  • Abuse: to reach this user as a person in cases of abuses

If you don’t want to specify, you may define only General contacts.
