How to manage contacts of your account?

Contacts of your account are an important part of your account data since they are meant to reach your account as a legal entity in cases of different needs. You can set up and see contacts of your account on the Account Settings page under Account Contacts section as follows

Before managing your account contacts please be completely aware of what is your account and your user profile to understand the difference between, so please read this chapter

Pay attention, there is a difference between two legal types of accounts as to contacts. Personal account contacts always match the account owner contacts. In turn, company account contacts don’t have any connection to any of the account users, including the owner. For any of account contacts you may define two values, its contact channel (Email, Skype, Viber, etc.) and its contact label. Contact labels are as follows:

  • General
: to reach your account in general situations
  • Technical: to reach your account for technical issues
  • 
Financial: to reach your account for financial issues
  • Abuse: to reach your account in cases of abuses

If you don’t want to specify, you may define only General contacts.
