Where to contact if you have a problem?

You need to write a ticket through the panel, the answer will be received there. When contacting support, provide as much information as possible – server name, account name (FTP/SSH), panel address, domain name, etc. – this will speed up the resolution of your question.

Account passwords DO NOT NEED to be specified. The administrator/support, if necessary, can see the account password in the panel.
